三甲医院临床护士评判性思维能力与临床决策能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三级甲等医院临床护士的评判性思维能力和决策能力的现状及其相关性，以便为临床护士的培养提供依据。方法本研究对汕头市3家三甲医院223名临床护士进行了有效问卷调查，并总结分析护士的评判性思维能力和决策能力之间的关系。结果在实际收回的有效问卷中，临床护士的评判性思维能力平均得分为（292．12±24．67），决策能力平均得分为（140．72±11．34）。临床护士评判性思维能力与临床决策能力之间呈正相关。结论临床护士的评判性思维能力可直接影响到护士的临床决策能力，护士评判性思维能力越强决策能力就越高，因此加强临床护士评判性思维的培养对提高护士的决策能力具有重要意义。Objective To understand the levels of critical thinking ability and clinical decisionmaking capacity in clinical nurses from 3A grade hospital and their relevance. Method Conducted a survey on 223 clinical nurses from three 3A grade hospitals of Shantou City, and analyzed their critical thinking ability and clinical decision-making capacity. Results The effective questionnaires recovered actually showed the average critical thinking ability score of nurses was （292.12=~24.67）, the average decisionmaking ability score was （140,72~11.34）. Critical thinking ability was positively correlated with clinical decision-making ability in clinical nurses. Conclusion The stronger critical thinking ability of nurses is, the higher decision-making capacity is.
