107例保乳手术患者疗效及美容效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者保乳手术治疗的疗效及美容效果。方法研究107例行保乳手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料,分析其临床疗效和美容效果等。结果保乳术后患者无严重并发症发生,术后局部复发率为2.8%、远处转移率为12.1%,1、3、5年生存率分别为95.3%、87.9%和86.0%,临床疗效满意;对患者术后6月和12月乳房外观评价,优良、一般和差分别为66.4%、29.9%、3.7%和66.7%、29.4%、3.9%,美容效果较满意,其中行肿块扩大切除术者明显好于行象限切除术者(P<0.05)。总满意率术后6月为96.3%,12月为96.1%。结论对于早期乳腺癌患者,保乳手术治疗可以获得较好的临床疗效和较满意的美容效果。Objective To investigate the therapeutic and cosmetic effect of breast-conserving surgery for patients with early breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 107 patients with early breast cancer who underwent breast-conserving surgery in recent years were collected. Therapeutic and cosmetic effects were analyzed. Results No serious complications occurred after breast-conserving surgery. Local recurrence rate was 2.8%, distant metastasis rate was 12. 1%, and 1-, 3- and J-year survival rates were 95.3% , 87.9% and 86.0%, respectively. For breast appearance, the percents of good, fair and poor results at 6 months and 12 months were 66.4%, 29.9%, 3.7% and 66.7%, 29.4%, 3.9%, respectively. The cosmetic effect of extensive tumor resection was better than that of quadrant resection （P 〈 0.05）. The overall 6- and 12-month satisfaction rates for breast-conserving surgery were 96.3% and 96. 1%, respectively. Conclusion Breast- conserving surgery can achieve satisfactory therapeutic and cosmetic effect for patients with early breast cancer.
