摘 要:对山西省中部、南部水果主产区的苹果、梨、桃和枣共70个样品进行了116种农药的残留检测。结果表明,70个水果样品共检出14种农药,全部为低毒—中等毒性农药,其中,杀虫剂9种、杀菌剂5种和植物生长调节剂1种。杀虫剂检出频率最高的为氯氰菊酯,检出率为11.4%;杀菌剂检出频率最高的为多菌灵,检出率为20%。以GB 2763—2014《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》对检测结果进行评价,结果表明,山西果品主产区苹果、梨、桃和枣的农药检出率分别为46.7%,30%,60%和45%,超标率均为0。幼果期果实套袋可减少果品农药污染。梨被检出的农药种类及数量最少,而桃被检测出的农药种类及数量最多。70 fruits samples from middle and southern Shanxi province were tested for 116 pesticides. The results were evaluated according to "National food safety standard Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food" GB 2763-2014. The results showed that 14 kinds of pesticides detected from 70 samples which belonged to low to moderate toxicity grade. The most insecticide and microbicide de- tected were cypermethrin and carbendazim, the detection rates were 11.4% and 20%, respectively. The detection rates of pesticide in ap- ple, pear, peach and jujube were 46.7%, 30%, 60% and 45% and the over standard rates were all zero. Fruit bag-cover could decrease level of pesticide residue in fruit. The quantity and kind of pesticide was the lowest in pear and the highest in peach.
