摘 要:由于水分胁迫严重影响园艺植物的正常生长发育,因此,了解植物在干旱环境下的生理变化以及对胁迫的响应机制非常重要。从水分胁迫对植物组织器官、光合作用、脯氨酸积累、生物膜膜脂过氧化、内源激素(ABA)含量的影响及植物抗旱基因、转录因子作用途径等方面进行综述,并对目前国内外在该领域的研究成果和进展作了简要概述,对未来的研究方向进行了初步展望,以期对植物抗旱机理的进一步研究和干旱地区农业生产提供一定的理论基础。The normal growth and development of horticulture plants are seriously affected by water stress, so it is very important to understand the physiological changes and response mechanism of plants under water stress. In this paper, the effects on tissues and or- gans, proline accumulation, peroxidation of membrane lipid, ABA content of plants under water stress and the action pathway of drought-tolerant were reviewed, meanwhile, the new research progress from home and abroad in this field was summarized briefly. At last, we conducted a preliminary outlook for the future research direction, in order to provide some theoretical basis for the further research of plants drought-resistant mechanism and agricultural production in the arid region.
