实习护生职业暴露损伤的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:研究职业暴露防护干预措施对实习护生防护知识、态度和行为的影响。方法:选择2010年7月至2012年3月在我科实习的210名护生为研究对象,随机平均分为两个组,实验组采用强化职业暴露防护干预模式带教,对照组按照常规教学计划带教,实习结束轮转出科前进行回顾式问卷调查,用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:采取干预措施的实验组的职业暴露防护知识、态度和行为明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:开展职业暴露防护干预,能直接减少实习护生职业暴露损伤的发生。Objective： To explore the effects of occupational exposurepre tection interventions on nursingstudentoknoolodgeoattitudeandbehavior of protection.Method： Two hundred and ten nursing students practiced in our department since July,2010 to March,2012 as the research object were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group were teached by strengthening occupation exposure intervention mode, and the control group were treated with conventional teaching plan.At the end of practice we conducted an retrospective questionnaire .Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 13.0 software.Result： The knowtedge,attitude and behavior of protection of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （p〈0.05）.Conclusion： Carrying out occupation exposure protection intervention, can directly reduce the occupation exposure injury among nursing students.
