摘　　要：目的：了解上海市彭浦地区拔牙原因。方法：对1469颗牙拔除的临床资料进行统计分析。结果：龋病居首位，牙周病为第二位；拔牙牙住最多的是第三磨牙；拔牙年龄的高峰时期是51—70岁。结论：拔牙的主要原因是龋病和牙周病。最好发是第三磨牙；恒牙多于乳牙。拔牙的高峰时期是51～70岁。Objetive： To abserve the tooth extraction characteristic of Pengpu District in Shanghai.Methods： Make statistic analysis on clinical data of 1469 cases of tooth extraction.Results： The most frequent reason is dental caries and the second is periodontal disease;The largest number of position is the third molar;The peak age is from 51 to 70.Conclusion： Major reason for tooth extraction is dental caries and periodontal disease.On tooth position most frequently occurred in third molar;more problem in permanent teeth than deciduous teeth.The peak time for tooth extraction is 51 to 70.
