摘　　要：目的:介绍铸造桩核在口腔牙体和牙列缺损修复中的应用。方法:采用铸造桩核修复残冠或残根,并籍此做某些冠桥的桥基牙。结论:铸造桩核提高了修复体寿命,且用自凝塑料制作桩核蜡型,大大提高了蜡型体积的稳定性,制作出的桩核和烤瓷冠桥美观、坚固、耐用,值得提倡和推广。Objevtive： introduce cast mental posts applied to restore the gaps of teeth and teeth bow. Method： Use mental posts to restore the residual roots and crowns,and use it become the foundation of procelain-fusel-to-mental（PFM） pontic.Concluslon： mental posts proloned the life of prosthesis, and used self-solidify plastic to make mental posts＇wax pattem_,increase thesteady ofit＇bulk. These mental posts and PFM are beautiful, sturdy, durable, are worth to advocate and popularize.
