摘　　要：目的:探讨联合注射胶原蛋白和注射用A型内毒毒素进行侧面部提升的疗效。方法:对16例侧面部松弛者,采用联合注射胶原蛋白和注射用A型内毒毒素进行治疗。结果:16例均是15 d,一个月,3个月,6个月随访,注射完即刻达到填充及略上提的效果,15 d后上提效果更明显,4周后明显达到紧实提升的效果,3个月后效果维持,6个月效果减弱。结论:对侧面部松弛者,采用联合注射胶原蛋白和注射用A型肉毒毒素进行治疗有效,没有明显的肿胀瘀青,值得推广。Objective： To study on combined injection of collagen and BOTOX for side lift. Methods： In 16 cases of lateral facial relaxation, using a combination of collagen injection and injection of botulinum toxin A lbr treatment.Results： All 16 patients was 15 days, one month, 3 months, 6 months of follow-up, after injection immediately to lift and slightly on the effect, after 15 days on the effect more obvious, after 4 weeks significant to enhance the effect of tightening, maintain the effect after 3 months, 6 months effect weakening.Conelusions： Cootralatcral facial relaxation, with combined injection of collagen and Botulim Toxin Type A for Injection treatment effective, no obvious swelling bruises, worthy of promotion.
