IL-23R基因多态性与消化道肿瘤相关性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:运用遗传学的方法对IL-23R基因多态性进行研究,阐释其与消化道肿瘤的关系,为临床用药和药物开发提供新途径。方法:选取2010年12月至2014年3月我院收治的150例符合条件的患者和50例健康志愿者,对其进行SPN分析,通过A、B、C三组与健康组的对比,应用统计学方法观察其相关性的有无。结果IL-23R基因上的位点比较:对照组和A、B两组在相比均有差别,P<0.05,在统计学上有意义。对照组与C组在基因型方面相比没有明显差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:IL-23R基因上的rs1209032位点只与食道癌和胃癌有相关性,与结肠癌无相关性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between IL-23R gene polymorphisms and gastrointestinal cancer use of genetic methods. In order to provide a new way for clinical medication and drug development. Methods： We choose 150 cases of eligible patients from 2010 December to 2014 May in our hospital treated and 50 healthy volunteers, and analysis SPN. To observe the correlation through the comparison of A, B, C three group and the healthy group, we used statistical methods. Results： Comparison of IL-23R gene locus： there were different in comparison with control group and A, B two groups, P〈0.05, with statistically significance. While there was no obvious difference in C group compared with he control group, P〉0.05, with no statistical significance. Conclusion： The rs1209032 locus of IL-23R gene polymorphism is related with esophageal cancer and gastric cancer, and has no correlation with colorectal cancer.
