艾迪-碘油乳液介入栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究艾迪-碘油乳液介入栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效与安全性。方法:选择2011年1月至2012年6月我院收治并进行介入治疗的45例原发性肝癌患者,按照随机数字表法分成A组(艾迪-碘油治疗)、B组(抗癌药-碘油治疗)、C组(艾迪+抗癌药-碘油治疗),每组均15例,比较3组患者的临床疗效与安全性。结果:C组治疗有效率为73.33%,高于A组(53.33%)与B组(66.67%),但3组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B、C 3组患者的2年生存率分别为33.33%、13.33%、40.00%,3组患者的2年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组与C组的毒副反应发生率分别为40.00%、46.67%,2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均显著低于B组患者(80.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪-碘油乳液能够有效改善原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效,具有与抗癌药-碘油乳液相似的治疗作用,且与抗癌药有协同治疗作用,可减轻抗癌药所产生的毒副反应,改善患者的生存质量。Objective： To explore the efficacy and security of eddie-iodine oil emulsion interventional embolization of primary liver cancer. Methods： 45 cases of patients with primary liver cancer who were hospitalized and were given interventional treatment in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012,according to the random number table method,they were divided into group A（ eddie-iodine oil treatment group）,group B（ anti-cancer drugsiodine oil treatment group）,group C（ eddie ＋ anti-cancer drugs-iodine oil treatment group）,15 cases in each group,the clinical efficacy and security were compared of three groups. Results： The total effective rate of group C was 73. 33%,higher than that of group A（ 66. 67%） and group B（ 53. 33%）,but the differences of three groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. 2 years survival rates of group A,B,C were respectively 33. 33%,13. 33%,40. 00%,the difference of three groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Incidences of poisonous adverse reaction of group A and group C were respectively 40. 00%,46. 67%,the difference had no statistical significance of the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,but they were significantly lower than that of group B（ 80. 00%）,the difference both had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Eddie-iodine oil emulsion can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of primary liver cancer of patients,it has the similar therapeutic effect with anti-cancer drugs-iodine oil emulsion,and it has synergistic therapeutic effect with anticancer drugs,it can reduce the poisonous adverse reaction of anti-cancer drug which produces,it can improve the quality of survive of patients.
