摘　　要：目的观察西医常规治疗基础上加用走罐、无烟艾灸加面部按摩的"无创"理疗治疗贝尔面瘫的临床疗效。方法对128例贝尔面瘫患者按随机数字表法分为A、B 2组,每组64例。发病1周内2组均采用糖皮质激素加B族维生素、抗病毒、活血化瘀等西医常规治疗;A组发病1周后加用走罐、无烟艾灸加面部按摩的无创理疗。观察时间3周。结果治疗后第1周末,A组6.3%(4/64)痊愈,80.0%(51/64)改善,总有效率86.3%;B组1.5%(1/64)痊愈,20.3%(13/64)改善,总有效率21.8%。治疗后2周末,A组87.5%(56/64)痊愈,9.3%(6/64)改善,总有效率96.8%;B组4.7%(3/64)痊愈,29.7%(19/64)改善,总有效率34.4%。治疗后3周末,A组93.8%(60/64)痊愈,4.7%(3/64)改善,总有效率98.5%;B组17.2%(11/64)痊愈,21.9%(14/64)改善,总有效率39.1%,A组疗效理想,治愈率高于B组(P<0.01)。结论无创理疗治疗贝尔面瘫具有见效快、治愈率高、适用范围广、患者易于接受、操作相对简单的特点。ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment with conventional Western medicine,cupping,smokeless moxibustion and noninvasive physiotherapy (facial mas-sage)on Bell’s palsy.Methods According to the visiting order,128 patients with Bell’s palsy were divided into group A and group B,with 64 patients in each group.All patients received glu-cocorticoid,vitamin B,antiviral treatment,promotion of blood circulation,removal of blood stasis and other conventional Western medicine treatments within 1 week of onset.In addition,patients in group A were given cupping,smokeless moxibustion and facial massage.Patients were observed for 3 weeks.Results At the end of the first week after treatment,cure was achieved in 4 patients in group A (6.3%)and in 1 patient in group B (1.5%),and improvement was achieved in 51 pa-tients in group A (80%)and in 13 patients in group B (20.3%).The overall response rate was 86.3% in group A and 21.8% in group B.At the end of the second week after treatment,cure was achieved in 56 patients in group A (87.5%)and in 3 patients in group B (4.7%),and im-provement was achieved in 6 patients in group A (9.3%)and in 19 patients in group B (29.7%). The overall response rate was 96.8% in group A and 34.4% in group B.At the end of the third week after treatment,cure was achieved in 60 patients in group A (93.8%)and in 11 patients in group B (17.2 %),and improvement was achieved in 3 patients in group A (4.7%)and in 14 pa-tients in group B (21.9 %).The overall response rate was 98.5% in group A and 39.1% in group B.Compared with group B,the cure rate significantly increased in group A (P <0.01).Con-clusion The noninvasive physiotherapy is an effective,simple and acceptable treatment for Bell’s palsy with the advantages of high cure rate and wide application.
