摘 要:[目的]探讨体验式教学在护理学导论教学中的应用效果。[方法]在2012级、2013级护理本科生《护理学导论》课程中开展体验式教学,并通过自制问卷评价教学效果。[结果]大部分护生喜欢并希望继续开展体验式教学,认为体验式教学能激发学习兴趣,提高学习积极性和主动性,培养分析和解决问题的能力、评判性思维及团队协作能力,加强护理专业情感和对护理的认同感。[结论]体验式教学融知识传授、能力培养、素质提高为一体,缩短了理论与实践、思想与行动的距离,有助于优化整合教学资源,提升护生综合能力。Objective:To probe into the application effect of the experience type teaching for'introduction of nursing science'teaching.Methods:the experience type teaching was carried out in the curriculum of'introduction of nursing science'of nursing undergraduates in grade 2012 and grade 2013,and to evaluate the teaching effect through the self-made questionnaire.Results:Most of nursing students liked and hoped going on carrying out the experience type teaching,they thought the experience type teaching could stimulate their learning interest,enhance the learning enthusiasm and initiative,cultivate their ability of analyzing and solving problems,critical thinking and team cooperation ability,and strengthen their nursing professional emotion and identity sense of nursing.Conclusion:The experience type teaching integrated with the knowledge imparting,ability training and the quality improvement as a whole.It shortened the distance of theory and practice,distance of thought and action.It is helpful for the optimization and integration of teaching resources,and improving the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
