摘　　要：冒广生（1873-1959年）,字鹤亭,号疚斋,江苏如皋人。光绪二十年举人,历任刑部郎中、农工商部郎中。参与戊戌年的＂公车上书＂,名列保国会。民国时,历任北洋政府财政部顾问、全国经济调查会会长、瓯海关监督、镇江监督等职。新中国成立后为上海市文管会特约顾问。著《小三吾亭诗》《小三吾亭词》等。Mao Guangsheng （1875 -1959） was a celebrity of the latter Qing Dynasty and at the beginning of the Repubtic of China. Sun Yirang （1848 -1908）was ＆ modern educator, scholar. Three letters by Mao Guangsheng to Sun Yirang kept in the Wenzhou Museum, it provides the first hand information for the researchers of this period of communication academic discussion. In this paper, the three links take the letter as a detailed textual research and interpretation.
