摘　　要：咽食管憩室也叫咽囊,主要有Zenker憩室和Killian-Jamieson憩室2种形式.本文通过1例K i l l i a n-J a m i e s o n憩室伴食道重度狭窄的患者,结合患者症状、影像学检查以及病史发展的特点,并对相关文献进行回顾和分析,与Zenker憩室相对比,以进一步探讨此种罕见疾病的发生发展机制、诱发和影响因素、症状特点、诊断要点以及治疗方法.Pharyngo-esophageal diverticula（also called pharyngeal bursa） consist of two main types,Zenker＇s diverticulum and Killian-Jamieson＇s diverticulum.In this paper,we report a case of Killian-Jamieson＇s diverticulum with esophageal stenosis.We reviewed the related literature and investigate the characteristics of symptoms,imaging examinations,history and the course of the disease.By comparing with Zenker＇s diverticulum,we further discuss the pathogenesis,etiological and risk factors,symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
