摘  要:以解决浓香花生油脱胶除磷技术难题、规范行业管理和促进产业化发展为目的,通过精心设计和实验筛选,探索出一种纯物理脱胶技术——微孔过滤板精滤脱胶除磷技术。该技术既可脱胶,又能除去微型杂质和磷脂,将油脂中的胶质降低至合理的范围,不仅提升油脂的品质,又有效保持浓香花生油原有的色香味,属国内首创,值得推广应用。This study aims to solve high aroma peanut oil degumming phosphorus removal technology problem, standardize management of the industry, and promote the development of the industrialization,through careful design and experimental screening, to explore a kind of pure physical degumming technology- microporous filter plate come unglued phosphorus fine filtration technology. This technology can be either degumming, and can remove the micro impurities, realize one-time degumming and removing impurity, colloidal substance in the cooking oil to reduce to a reasonable range, not only improve the quality of cooking oil, and keep high aroma peanut oil effectively the original color and fragrance, is a domestic initiative, is worthy of popularization and application.
