摘　　要：目的:研究微创拔除埋伏阻生牙的方法与微创拔牙的临床应用价值。方法:通过98名埋伏阻生牙患者案例,排除术前禁忌证,术前摄口腔全景片、CT平扫+三维重建或CBCT,使用新型微创工具进行拔牙手术,术后通过患者记录结果并评估。结果:微创拔牙手术时间缩短,手术过程中患者恐惧感与不适度降低,术后不良反应比例降低,98名患者都未出现并发症。结论:微创拔牙较传统拔牙相比技术先进,患者舒适度增加,术后并发症发生率降低。Objective To study the clinical value of minimally invasive removal of impacted teeth and minimally invasive method of extraction. Methods 98 cases of patients with impacted teeth, excluding preoperative contraindications, preoperative dental panoramic camera ray, CT scan ＋ reconstruction or CBCT, were given minimally invasive tooth extraction surgery, and the patient assessment results were recorded. Results Minimally invasive extraction operation reduced the operational time, the fear in patients during surgery, and the proportion of postoperative adverse events. None of 98 patients showed any complications. Conclusion Minimally invasive techniques is advanced than traditional tooth extraction, which increases patient＇s comfort, reduces the incidence of postoperative complications.
