摘 要:采用两相法制备油酸(OA)包覆的钛酸钡(BaTiO3)纳米晶,将OA表面的双键进行氧化反应使OA改性,将改性后的BaTiO3纳米晶与聚酰胺酸(PAA)接枝,采用旋涂以及烧结工艺制备聚酰亚胺(PI)/BaTiO3杂化薄膜。并且对杂化薄膜进行形貌、电性能等表征。结果表明,改性后的纳米晶能均匀地分散在PI基体中,并且PI/BaTiO3杂化薄膜的相对介电常数随着BaTiO3纳米晶体积分数的增加而增加,可达到PI薄膜的14倍,在微电子领域具有广阔应用前景。Oleic acid-capped BaTiO3 nanocrystals were synthesized by two phase approach. Then the carbon-carbon double bond of oleic acid (OA) on the nanocrystals surface was modified by oxidation reaction. Modified BaTiO3 nanocrystals were then grafted on the main chain of polyamie acid (PAA). Finally, polyimide/BaTiO3-nanocrystals hybrid thin films were formed by spin-coating and sintering process. The hybrid thin films were characterized of morphology and performance. The experimental results confirmed that BaTiO3 nanocrystals were well dispersed and embedded in the hybrid thin films. And the relative dielectric permittivity of PI/BaTiO3-nanocrystals hybrid thin films increase with the increase of BaTiO3 nanocrystals. The hybrid thin films with 14 times the relative dielectric permittivity of pure polyimide thin films had a wide application prospect in micro-electronics field.
