摘  要:ICU是应用现代医学理论,利用现代化高科技医疗设备,对危急重患者进行集中救治的场所。ICU患者病情复杂、危急,随时可能恶化,经过医务人员集中规范化救治,能较好地度过危险阶段。同时ICU又兼顾承担着临床护理教学任务,如何既保证有效教学,让护生有适当动手操作的机会,掌握必备的技能,又符合护理伦理要求,实现患者知情同意,保护患者身心不受伤害,构建和谐的就医环境,是我们值得深思的课题。文章通过对ICU带教措施的总结,提出一些建议和对策,以便更好地实现医学伦理学背景下的带教工作和护理操作规范流程化。ICU is the treatment place for emergent patients with the application of modern medical theory and modern high-tech medical equipment. ICU patients, who has the intricate and emergent illness condition which could deteriorate at any time, could be better tide over the dangerous stage through the intensive standardized treatment of medical staffs. At the same time ICU has undertaken the task of clinical nursing teaching is a topic worthy of thoughtful, both to guarantee effective teaching in order to provide the chance of nursing students' proper operation ability and grasp necessary technical ability, and to conform nursing ethics demand in order to realize patients’ informed consent, preserve patients' mind and body away from harm, and construct concordant hospital environment. The paper has proposed some suggestions and countermeasures through the summarization of ICU teaching measures, in order to better to realize the processed of teaching work and nursing operating rules in the background of hodegetics.
