彩色多普勒超声与弹性成像对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声与弹性成像在乳腺恶性肿瘤中的诊断意义，为临床提供指导和帮助。方法回顾性分析我院2011年9月～2014年9月收治的133例经手术及病理确诊为乳腺恶性肿瘤的患者，比较彩色多普勒超声与弹性成像对其诊断的价值。结果彩色多普勒超声对恶性肿瘤的检出率为90.98%，诊断正确率85.71%；弹性成像技术的检出率92.48%，诊断正确率88.72%；两者相结合检出率、诊断正确率均大幅提高，而漏诊率、误诊率均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声与弹性成像对乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断均有较高的临床意义，在临床诊断中结合二者，不仅可以提高检出率和准确性，在漏诊率及误诊率上都将大大降低。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in breast cancer,and provide guidance and help for clinic.Methods133 cases breast cancer patients diagnosed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2014 were retrospectiveanzlyzed and diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and elastographywere compared.Results The detection rate of malignant tumors with color Doppler ultrasound was 90.98%,and the diagnostic accuracy was 85.71%,the elastography detection rate 92.48% and diagnostic accuracy was 88.72%.The detection rateand the diagnostic accuracyof acombination of the two detectionsmethod increased significantly,while the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis rate was lower （P〈0.05）,which had a statistically significant difference.ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound and elastography for the diagnosis of breast cancer have a higher clinical significance,a combination of the two detections method not only can improve the detection rate and accuracy,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate will be greatly reduced.
