晚期肿瘤致肾积水并发肾盂输尿管破裂的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨肾盂输尿管破裂病例同时存在其他脏器晚期肿瘤致肾积水并发肾盂输尿管破裂的可能性。方法回顾4例晚期肿瘤致肾积水并发肾盂输尿管破裂病例的临床资料。结果本组分析的4例均是泌尿系集合系统外晚期肿瘤患者,2例为胃癌晚期,1例为淋巴瘤,1例为前列腺癌,在外力或自发情况下出现上尿路破裂。其中1例在确诊过程中有一定延误,其他3例相对及时。结论在出现此类病例时不应仅局限于泌尿系损伤的诊断,应该考虑是否存在有导致肾积水的其他系统疾病的可能性,避免出现漏诊。Objective To study the possibility of renal pelvis and ureter rupture due to hydronephrosis caused by advanced cancer .Methods Clinical data of 4 cases of renal pelvis and ureter rupture caused by advanced cancer were retrospectively re-viewed .Results All of the 4 cases were advanced cancer not of the urinary system .Of the 4 case ,2 were advanced gastric cancer ,1 was lymphoma ,and the other was prostate cancer .All ruptures occurred due to external force or spontaneity .The e-ventual diagnosis of 1 case was delayed ,while the others were timely diagnosed .Conclusion For the diagnosis of similar ca-ses ,cancers of the other systems which may cause hydronephrosis should also be taken into consideration .
