瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗老年人急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取濮阳市人民医院神经内科2013年8月至2014年8月收治的急性脑梗死患者160例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组80例,在常规治疗的基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片和阿司匹林肠溶片治疗;对照组80例,在常规治疗的基础上给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后NHISS评分和ADL评分,评价临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组(77.50%),P<0.05;治疗前两组的神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分和生活活动能力(ADL)评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组NHISS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞伐他汀钙片治疗老年急性脑梗死能够显著降低患者的NHISS评分,提高ADL评分,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin on elderly patrents with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in People＇s Hospital of Puyang from October2013 to October 2014 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group,eighty cases were treated with conventional therapy plus rousrvastatin combined with aspirin. In control group,eighty cases were treated with conventional therapy and aspirin. The clinical efficacy and NHISS score and ADL score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 77. 50%,P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the NIHSS scores and ADL scores of the two groups were not significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the NHISS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〉0. 0 5）,and ADL scores was significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Rousvastatin combined with aspirin as add-on therapy to conventional therapy can effectively decrease the NIHSS score and increase the ADL score.
