摘　　要：[目的]探讨壳脂胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠TNF-α、IL-6及GLUT-4水平的影响。[方法]SD大鼠40只,分为正常组、模型组、壳脂胶囊组和罗格列酮组,每组各10只。用高脂饲料诱导大鼠NASH模型,造模同时进行药物干预;连续给药8周后处死,苏木精-伊红染色、油红O染色观察肝组织病理,ELISA检测血清TNF-α、IL-6水平以及肝组织匀浆TNF-α、IL-6及GLUT-4含量。[结果]与模型组比较,壳脂胶囊组脂肪变性和炎症反应程度均有一定的减轻;壳脂胶囊能明显降低大鼠血清及肝组织TNF-α、IL-6水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);壳脂胶囊组大鼠肝组织GLUT-4含量均高于模型组(P<0.05)。[结论]壳脂胶囊能够改善NASH大鼠模型脂肪样变,调节GLUT-4的分泌,并能够显著降低TNF-α、IL-6分泌,对NASH起到防止作用。[Objective]To investigate the effect of Kezhi capsule on the expression of TNF-α/IL-6/GLUT-4in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）rats.[Methods]Forty SD rats were fed a high-fat diet to induce NASH,and treatment groups were given Kezhi capsule and Rosiglitazone at the same time.8weeks later,liver tissue samples were taken for hematoxylin-eosin（HE）staining and oil-red O staining.Serum TNF-α/IL-6and liver tissue TNF-α/IL-6/GLUT-4were tested by ELISA assay.[Results]Compared with the model group,the results of HE and oil-red staining showed Kezhi capsule lightened inflammatory cells infiltration and steatosis.Serum and liver tissue TNF-α/IL-6in Kezhi capsule group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,liver tissue GLUT4 in Kezhi capsule group was significantly higher than model group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Kezhi capsule plays a role in preventing steatosis in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis rats by regulate the expression of TNF-α/IL-6/GLUT-4.
