中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。[方法]选择符合研究条件的IBS-C患者102例,随机分为2组,每组各51例。治疗组采用中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀治疗,治疗4周后观察临床疗效及5-HT水平。[结果]治疗组总有效率84.3%,对照组总有效率72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组内治疗前5-HT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后5-HT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。[结论]中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗IBS-C可降低5-HT水平,临床疗效较好。[Objective]To study the treatment efficacy of acupoint application of chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking for constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and and its effect on serum 5-HT.[Methods]There are 102 patients with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome who accepted the treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups（each 51patients）：the treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with acupoint application of chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking,the control group treated with trimebutine maleate.The two groups were observed after treatment.[Results]After four weeks＇ treatment,the efficiency of treatment group is 84.3%,and the efficiency of control group is 72.5%.There was statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.It also showed significant difference among symptom scores after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）,Comparison of 5-HT before and after treatment in the two groups,there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.It also showed significant difference among 5-HT after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group.[Conclusion]Acupoint application of chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking for treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome can reduce the level of 5-HT,which has a better clinical effect.
