摘　　要：目的:探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者化疗前后C反应蛋白和白蛋白水平的变化。方法:收集72例经组织病理学诊断确诊的NHL患者,在化疗前后分别测定C反应蛋白和白蛋白水平的变化并对其进行评价。结果:化疗前14例患者血清白蛋白水平<35 g/L;二周期化疗结束后51例患者血清白蛋白水平<35 g/L,化疗后患者的血清白蛋白水平较化疗前显著降低(P<0.05);化疗后C反应蛋白的水平较化疗前显著升高(P<0.05);伴有低白蛋白血症的患者化疗诱导的不良反应更强烈。结论:C反应蛋白和血清白蛋白水平改变,是提示NHL患者化疗毒性有意义的指标。Objective： To investigate the changes in the level of C- reactive protein（ CRP） and albumin in non- Hodgkin lymphoma（ NHL）patients with chemotherapy. Methods： 72 cases of NHL confirmed by histopathological diagnosis were collected,and the changes in the level of CRP and serum albumin was determined and evaluated before and after chemotherapy. Results： Among the 72 patients,the serum albumin level of 14 patients was less than 35 g / L before chemotherapy,that of 51 patients less than 35 g / L after chemotherapy,with the serum albumin level significantly lowered and CRP level significantly rose after chemotherapy（ P〈0. 05）. Patients with hypo- albuminemia developed more severe chemotherapy- induced reactions. Conclusion： The change in CRP and serum albumin level is a significant indicators to reveal chemotherapy- induced toxicity in non- Hodgkin lymphoma patients.
