摘　　要：建构新形势下践行群众路线的长效机制,应遵循马克思主义唯物史观,切实增强党员干部建构长效机制的自觉性。应秉承党的宗旨,深刻认识和准确把握其长效机制的科学内涵,既要建立规范、稳定、配套的践行群众路线的制度体系,又要建立推动制度持续运行的动力体系,还要建立以广大群众评价监督为核心的保障体系。应找准建构长效机制的着力点,着力健全群众路线的基础机制,着力创新群众路线的动力机制,着力强化群众路线的运行机制。In order to construct the long-term mechanism of Chinese Communist Party＇s close ties with the masses under the new situation, we should follow the historicalmaterialismofMarxism and effectively enhance self-consciousness of the construction of long-term mechanism. It is of great importance for us to uphold Chinese Communist Party＇s aim, to grasp accurately its scientific connotation, to set up a standard, stable and sufficient institutional system, to promote the establishment of the system for continuous operation power system and to establish the evaluation system. And there is a necessity to identify the focus, perfect the underlying mechanism, create motivation system, and strengthen the operating mechanism.
