摘  要:目的了解乡村医生离职意愿的现状及分析相关因素。方法以怀来县2013年11月在职的乡村医生为调查对象,采用自编问卷调查一般情况,以离职意愿量表调查乡村医生的离职意愿。结果被调查的162名乡村医生中有140名有离职意愿,占86.4%。以离职意愿量表总分为因变量,以性别、年龄、从医年限、所得执业证情况、学历、职称、所学专业、毕业院校及家庭月收入等9项为自变量,进行多元线性逐步回归分析,结果显示乡村医生的年龄及家庭月收入与其离职意愿相关。结论乡村医生普遍存在离职意愿,其中年龄偏小及家庭月收入偏低与乡村医生离职意愿的相关性最大。Objective:To leanr about the presne t urnovre intne tiono f rural doctors and analyzet he relevant factro s.
