膜联蛋白A2及组织蛋白酶B在肺鳞癌和腺癌中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探究膜联蛋白A2和组织蛋白酶B在非小细胞肺癌中表达及在其发展和转移中的意义。方法收集80例非小细胞肺癌组织标本及35例非肿瘤肺组织的标本,采用免疫组化的方法检测其中膜联蛋白A2和组织蛋白酶B的表达情况,并结合临床病理进行分析。结果膜联蛋白A2和组织蛋白酶B在非小细胞肺癌中的阳性率远高于在非肿瘤组织中的阳性率(P<0.01),但是在不同分期、不同病理特征的非小细胞肺癌中阳性率却存在一定差异。结论膜联蛋白A2和组织蛋白酶B在非小细胞肺癌的诊断中具有一定意义,但在进一步明确组织分型和病理特征时还需结合其他标记物。Objective To explore the enzyme-linked protein A2 and cathepsin B expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its significance in the development and transfer. Methods 80 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissue samples and 35 cases of tumor of lung tissue samples were collected. The expression of enzyme-linked protein A2 and cathepsin B was detected by immunohistochemical method. Their clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The positive rate was much higher in enzyme-linked protein A2 and cathepsin B than in tumor tissues（ P〈0. 01）,and it showed certain differences in different stages and pathological characteristics Conclusion Enzymelinked protein A2 and cathepsin B have a certain significance in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer,but in the further defined organization classification and pathological characteristics,they also need to combine with other markers.
