老年功能性便秘患者主观疲劳与生存质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的调查老年功能性便秘患者的主观疲劳现状和生存质量现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用WHO生存质量量表简表(WHOQ0L-BREF)、疲劳严重度量表和自制问卷对216例老年功能性便秘患者进行调查分析。结果老年功能性便秘患者疲劳得分(4.19±1.42)分,疲劳率达56.5%,生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域得分分别为(48.34±8.93)、(46.08±9.91)、(46.13±9.05)和(46.09±10.54)分。疲劳组的老年功能性便秘患者的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域得分均低于非疲劳组,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000,0.027,0.000,0.000)。经Hotelling T2检验,非疲劳组的生存质量较高(P<0.01)。结论老年功能性便秘患者的生存质量4个领域得分均较低,主观疲劳发生率较高,疲劳组的生存质量得分较非疲劳组低。Objective To investigation of fatigue and quality of life status quo in elderly functional constipation patients. Analyse the relationship between quality of life and fatigue in elderly functional constipation patients. Methods A total of 216 patients with elderly functional constipation were investigated using of WHOQOL-BREF,Global Fatigue Severity Subscale and self-designed questionnaire. Results The score of fatigue was average（ 4. 19 ± 1. 42）.The 56. 5% of patients with elderly functional constipation were fatigue. The average scores of four domains were（ 48.34 ± 8. 93）（ physical）,（ 46. 08 ± 9. 91）（ psychological）,（ 46. 13 ± 9. 05）（ social relationships） and（ 46. 09 ± 10.54）（ environment） for quality of life. The scores of physical,psychological,social relationships and environment among elderly functional constipation patients in fatigue group were significantly lower than the non-fatigue group（ P =0. 000,0. 027,0. 000,0. 000）. Hotelling T2 test analysis revealed that the score of quality of life was high among elderly functional constipation patients in non-fatigue group（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Four aspects of quality of life score are lower in elderly functional constipation patients. The rate of fatigue status is high in elderly functional constipation patients. More fatigue in patients with the quality of life the worse.
