摘　　要：实施分层小班教学,能提高教学的针对性和有效性,可有效激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高技能培养效果。该文以淮安信息职业技术学院"变频器系统运行与维护"课程的教学改革为例,探讨实施分层小班教学的意义和实施方法。Carrying out the hierarchical class teaching can enhance the pertinence and effectiveness,effectively stimulate the students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative, and improve the skills training effect.In this paper, the course of ＂Operation and Maintenance of Transducer System＂ teaching reform in Huaian College of Information Technology will be taken as an example to explore its significance and implementation method.
