我院临床药师培训基地带教模式浅析

摘　　要：目的:为建立规范化的临床药师带教模式提供参考。方法:结合原卫生部发布的关于临床药师培训基地的培训要求,回顾分析我院临床药师培训的带教过程,总结经验心得。结果与结论:我院在严格执行原卫生部关于临床药师培训基地培训要求的基础上,进一步规范组织管理、细化培训流程,制订了详细的理论与实践的教学计划,初步形成了较为规范的临床药师带教模式。该模式不仅培养了学生理论与实践的衔接能力,还能做到"教学相长"。OBJECTIVE：To provide references for standardizing the teaching mode of clinical pharmacists. METHODS：According to the requirements of the clinical pharmacist training formulated by the former Ministry of Public Health,the clinical pharmacist teaching process in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed and the experience was summarized. RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：On the basis of strict implementation of the former Ministry of Public Health＇s requirements on clinical pharmacist training,it needs to standardize the organizational management and refine the training process. A detailed theory and practice of teaching programs was developed and a more standardized clinical pharmacist teaching mode was initially formed. It can not only cultivate the students＇ connection ability of theory and practice,but also realize that teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
