以发达国家经验分析我国医院病床供需变化趋势

摘　　要：通过对发达国家医院病床供需变化的梳理,观察到其病床供需均呈现持续下降的趋势,主要原因是强调成本控制、服务模式改进和新技术应用。分析国内病床供需现状、利用效率和影响因素,认为:我国当前医院病床供需总量基本平衡,随着人们健康需求结构的转变、政策的完善、医疗技术的进步和医疗服务模式的转变,社会对住院服务尤其是病床的需求,将不再高速增长。Based on sorting a hospital bed supply and demand changes in developed countries, observed its bed supply and demand showed a continued downward trend, and mainly due to emphasis on cost control, service mode improvements and new technologies. Analyze the status of domestic supply and demand beds, efficiency and impact factors in our country, and consider that the total hospital beds in a supply and demand balance currently, and along with changes in the health needs of the people, policy improve, progress in medical technology and changes of medical services model, then the community inpatient services, especially the needs of hospital beds will not be rapidly growth.
