摘　　要：我国大学先修课程的实践探索与推动普通高中多样化发展的政策、实践紧密相连,是实现高中"选择性"教育重要一环。学生发展指导工作是现代学校教育的基本职能也是高中教育功能发挥不可或缺的组成部分。推进普通高中学生发展指导,需要进一步转变高中育人观念,强化政府责任,厘清与学生发展指导相关的根本性问题,强化理论研究与创新指导模式,推进普通高中学校的实践、试点。The practical exploration of Chinese Advanced Placement courses in high school is closely linked to- gether with the practice of exploration and diversification policy of high school, also is an important part to realize high school ＂selective＂ education. Student-development guidance is the basic function of modern school education in high school education and also is an integral part of functioning. Promoting the development of student-development guid- ance in high school needs to further change the education concept,to strengthen the government＇s responsibihty,to clarify the fundamental problems associated with student-development guidance, to strengthen theorical research and innovate guiding model, to promote the practice and experiments in high schools.
