摘 要:为研究一种硬度高、自润滑性能良好、具有中间层结构的类金刚石复合型涂层材料,采用试验研究的方法,使用原子力显微镜和扫描电镜等设备分析其表面及断层形貌,测量摩擦系数,定性分析结合力大小,搭载变速箱台架耐久试验(TEDD)考核带涂层零件的耐久摩擦性能。结果表明:该涂层的纳米硬度可以达到2 000~2 800 HV,摩擦系数较普通模具钢下降40%~45%,带涂层零件的耐久能力是不带涂层零件耐久能力的200倍以上。In order to investigate a kind of DLC coating with mesosphere structure,which has both a high hardness and a good self-lubricating capacity,the experimental study has been used,during which the surface and fault morphology has been observed by AFM and SEM,and the friction coefficient has been measured. Meanwhile,the coating binding force has been analyzed qualitatively. To verify the endurance friction capacity of the coating,parts with DLC has been applied in the TEDD bench testing. The conclusion shows that the coating hardness can reach2 000—2 800 HV,the friction coefficient is as much as 50% - 60% of the normal mold steel,and the endurance friction capacity of the coating parts is 200 times more than the ones without coating.
