摘　　要：介绍了美、德、英、日等国家科研机构能力评估体系、评估方法和评估标准等内容,系统梳理了我国医学科研机构能力评估研究的发展脉络,对比分析了各自的特点,探讨了开展医学科研机构能力评估的启示。After the systems,methods and criteria for assessment of scientific research capability in USA,Germany,Britain and Japan were described,the advances in studies on assessment of scientific research capability in China were summarized,their characteristics were compared,and the enlightenments to perform assessment of medical research institution capability were elaborated.
