摘　　要：医药卫生大数据环境下,如何通过有效的信息分析管理技术发现数据和信息中蕴藏的价值和实施医药卫生事业中决策问题的辅助判断,是医药信息类专业关注的热点。广东药学院(简称我校)信息管理专业通过开设"医学信息分析与决策"课程使学生拥有过硬的信息分析和知识应用理论、具有明确的行业背景、专业特色和就业技能,具备较强的数据分析、决策和知识发现能力。在当今快速发展和竞争激烈的医药信息知识管理领域中,我校信息管理专业的学生更容易实现理想就业。It is the hot spot of medical information specialty to discover the value of data and information and to judge the decision making in medical and health undertakings in the big data time by effective use of information analysis management techniques. The ＂ medical information analysis and decision-making＂ course,offered for the undergraduates of information management specialty in Guangdong Pharmaceutical College,helps them to master the theories of information analysis and knowledge application,the ability to analyze data,the ability to perform decision-making,the ability to discover knowledge,due to their trade background,characteristic specialty,and employment skills. The graduates of information management specialty from Guangdong Pharmaceutical College can thus preferably employed by medical information management institutions.
