摘　　要：[目的]全面了解1994-2013年《卫生软科学》刊文情况,为《卫生软科学》改革及发展提供依据。[方法]应用《CNKI(知网数字图书馆)》的中国学术期刊网络出版总库、重庆维普中文生物医学期刊数据库(CMJD)检索,以及存档原始资料对《卫生软科学》1994-2013年的发文量、作者来源、基金项目、栏目分布等情况进行统计分析。[结果]11994-2013年《卫生软科学》共刊登论文4176篇,年平均刊文数为208.8篇。2共有基金项目论文313篇,占刊文总数的7.50%,基金领域包括国家级及各省社科基金、软课题研究基金、自然科学基金、科技及科研基金等。377.73%的刊文第一作者来自于云南省外,1994-2013年发表10篇及以上的作者共40位,刊文541篇,占总刊文量4176篇的12.95%;1994-2013年,发表论文数在18篇及以上的机构共37个,这些机构共刊文1640篇(其中:省内13个机构刊文651篇,省外24个机构刊文989篇),占总刊文4176篇的39.27%。41994-2013年刊文,涉及学科广泛,主要集中在政治、政策及法律(55.89%)、公共卫生或预防医学(17.92%)、医学教育及医学边沿学科(16.44%),刊文主要栏目包括:调查研究、医院管理、医学教育、医疗保险、卫生资源、卫生服务、卫生改革、卫生经济等。[结论]《卫生软科学》建立了一批相对稳定的作者队伍,刊文第一作者分布于全国各地,刊登的文章与刊物的定位及国家级刊物的性质相符,刊登了一批基金项目支持的高质量论文,形成了相对固定的栏目,但仍存在基金论文比例仍较低、核心及特色栏目不突出、审稿及荐稿队伍亟待加强等问题,仍有较大的改进和提升空间。Objective To know publishment situation of＂Health Soft Science＂ from 1994 to 2013 so as to provide basis for ＂Health Soft Science＂ reform and development. Methods Statistical analysis on the situation of published papers number in ＂Health Soft Science＂ from 1994 to 2013, source of writers, fund program and column disbution through using Chinese academic journals network publishing POOL of ＂CNKI HowNet D-Lib＂, Chongqing CMJD and source on file. Results 1. ＂Health Soft Science＂ published 4176 thesis from 1994 to 2013, annual average was 208.8.2. There were 313 fund program thesis, take up 7.5% of the total. The fund program included national and provincial social sciences, soft research project, natural seiences and scientific research fund. 3. 77.73% writers were from out of Yunnan. There were 40 writers who published more than 10 thesis, there were 541 thesis, up 12.95% of the total number. There were 37 institutions which published more than 18 thesis, there were 1640 thesis（ 13 province institution published 651, and 24 provincial institutions published 989）. Took up 39.72% of total number 4. These thesis involved extensive subjects such as polity, policy and law （55.89~,/o）, public health or preventive medicine（17.92%）, medical education and medicine edged subject（16.44%）. The main column included investigate, hospital management, medical education, medical insurance, health resource, health service, health reform and health economic. Conclusions ＂Health Soft Science＂ has established relatively stable writers＇ team. The first author is distributed all around the country. The positioning of articles conform to national level journal. It published a batch of high quality articles which were supported by the fund program, and had formed relative fixed column. But it still has the problems such as less of fund program supporting article, less prominent of core and characteristic column, and the team of editors and recommend need to be strengthened.
