摘　　要：根据循证医学信息体系三维立体模型,从生命周期、体系模型类型和体系模型构建过程3个维度构建循证医学信息体系框架结构。指出循证医学信息体系宏观框架结构是其顶层设计的基础,通盘考虑循证医学信息模型的通用结构和语义语法表达,形成通用的医学信息模型研究,成为医学信息领域的一个研究方向和重点。According to 3 dimentional model of evidence- based medicine information system,the paper establishes the framework of evidence- based medicine information system from 3 dimensions,life cycle,system model types,system model construction.It points out that the macro framework of evidence- based medicine information system is the basis for top design.The overall consideration for general structure and semantic expression of evidence- based medicine information model,generating general model of medical information will be a research direction and focus in medical information field.
