摘　　要：采用文献计量学方法,在PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)以及重庆维普数据库对国内外医务人员的信息来源和信息需求进行文献调研。结果显示在临床工作中,各类型医务人员排在首位的信息来源主要为同事、搜索引擎和互联网,主要信息需求为诊断、治疗、药物等方面。Using bibliometrics method,the paper retrieves from PubMed,Chinese Biology Medicine（SinoMed）,and VIP to evaluate the information resources and information demands of medical staffs both at home and abroad.The results show that the most common information resources are colleagues,search engines and Internet in clinical work.The most common information needs are related to diagnosis,treatment,drug information,etc.
