摘　　要：中央民族大学法学院"藏语基地班"是在我国高等法学教育兼顾通识教育与专(职)业教育、理论素养与实务技能,而又有所侧重的功能定位下,民族法律人才培养模式的一种新的探索。量身定制的法学专业课、藏族历史文化课、藏汉语言课三大课程群,将有效解决"学分爆炸"问题,最大限度地实现树立正确的民族观念、精通民族语言、掌握专业知识的"复合型"民族法律人才的培养目标。Tibetan Base Class in School of Law of MUC is a new exploration of the training model for ethnic legal talents. It combines general education with professional / vocational education as well as theoretical quality with practical skills under the functional guidance of higher legal education in China. According to this model,legal courses,Tibetan theory courses and Tibetan and Chinese language courses are specially tailored for students to solve the problem of credit explosion. It will meet the goal of training comprehensive legal talents with a correct national concept who can not only master ethnic language but also be steeped in professional knowledge.
