摘 要:文化多样性对人类就像生物多样性对维持生态平衡那样必不可少,文化多样性保护需要采用少数民族文字和汉语方言开展双语教育。我国在利用双语教育保护文化多样性方面取得了积极成效,但在进一步发展双语教育以保护文化多样性方面依然存在观念障碍。所以,需要进一步转变观念,尤其要关照儿童视角、增强文化自信、着眼人人成长、平衡城乡文化,以便更好地开展双语教育,更好地提高人们的文化保护能力、文化创新能力和跨文化交流能力,从而不断增强我国的文化软实力,并为人类文化多样性保护做出新的贡献。Cultural diversity to human beings is as indispensable as biodiversity to biological equilibrium. To protect cultural diversity,bilingual education of minority languages and Chinese dialects should be conducted. Though China has made achievements in using bilingual education to protect cultural diversity,there are still some ideological barriers in its further development. In order to conduct bilingual education more effectively and to improve people 's abilities of cultural protection,cultural innovation and cross-cultural communication,it is necessary to change ideas,especially in the perspective of children,enhance cultural self-confidence,focus on individual development,and balance urban and rural cultures so as to constantly increase our country 's cultural soft power and make new contributions to cultural diversity protection.
