摘 要:目的:探讨改良电休克治疗(MECT)对精神分裂症(SZ)患者血清胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)水平的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法,对48名正常人(对照组)和70例SZ患者(患者组)在MECT前后进行血清GDNF水平检测。结果:MECT前,患者组血清GDNF水平[(34.98±20.36)ng/ml]显著低于对照组[(78.23±40.57)ng/ml](t=6.821,P<0.001)。MECT后,患者组血清GDNF水平[(79.88±36.10)ng/ml]显著升高,与MECT前比较有显著差异(t=-10.64,P<0.01),与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=-0.232,P>0.05)。结论:SZ患者可能存在血清GDNF水平低下,MECT可能通过提高GDNF水平起作用。Objective: To explore the effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy( MECT) on serum glial derived neurotrophic factor( GDNF) in schizophrenic patients( SZ). Method: The serum GDNF levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 70 SZ patients( patient group) before and after MECT and 48 normal controls( normal group). Results: Before MECT,the serum GDNF levels in patient group[( 34. 98 ± 20. 36) ng/ml]were significantly lower than the levels in normal group [( 78. 23 ± 40. 57) ng/ml,t = 6. 821,P〈0. 001]. After MECT,the serum GDNF levels were significantly increased compared to before MECT in patient group [( 79. 88 ± 36. 10) ng / ml,t =- 10. 64,P〈0. 01]. Moreover,there was no significant difference between the patient group and normal group after MECT( t =- 0. 232,P〉0. 05). Conclusion:The SZ patients maybe have lower GDNF levels and MECT can increase the serum GDNF concentrations.
