摘  要:为了解城镇化进程中崇阳县农村中小学教师主观幸福感的状况,采用Diener等编制的主观幸福感问卷,对该县133名农村中小学教师进行问卷调查。研究结果表明,崇阳县农村中小学教师的主观幸福感水平低于中等水平;男教师的主观幸福感水平低于女教师的幸福感水平;教师的主观幸福感在教龄、所教学科、是否担任班主任、是否支教方面差异显著;而在学校类型、学校层次方面,崇阳县农村中小学教师主观幸福感差异不显著。A survey of 133 countryside teachers in Chongyang County is conducted to study the status quo of their sense of subjective well-be- ing by Diener et al. The results show that the overall of countryside teachers' subjective well-being is below the average ; Male teachers' subjective well-being level is lower than female teachers happiness levels; The teacher' s subjective sense of happiness in the years of teaching, the teaching subjects, whether as a head teacher, is the significant difference ; And in the type of school, school level, the difference of teachers' subjective well-being of primary and middle schools in Chongyang County is not significant.
