摘　　要：宿舍是大学生交往的重要场合,对学校风气的形成和大学生成长具有至关重要的作用。当代高校宿舍的人际关系矛盾具有鲜明的时代特征和年龄阶段特点,大学生的个性、性格、成长背景差异是宿舍人际关系冲突形成的主要原因,建立科学合理的宿舍人际关系矛盾化解和防范机制具有重要意义。Dormitories play an indispensable role in forming interpersonal relations among university students , which is also quite important to students＇growth as well as to create good atmosphere . Nowadays the interpersonal relationship in university dormitories has unique characteristics of the times and the age . Individual difference of college students is the main reason leading to the contradiction of interpersonal relationship in dormitories . Therefore , it is of great significance to establish a scientific system to prevent and settle interpersonal relationship conflicts in dormitories .
