摘　　要：通过查阅文献和对临床经验及精神心理疾病患者病历的总结，归纳中医心理学望诊的内容。望诊是中医心理学具有特色的诊断方法之一，中医心理学望诊主要包括面部望诊（望神、望目、望表情和望色）和姿势形态的望诊，是疾病诊断过程中必用的方法，可把握患者最真实的精神心理状态。To expound the content of TCM psychology inspection. Through consulting ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign literature, summing up the mental and emotional disorders cases and clinical experience, we can obtain the inspection content of TCM psychology. Inspection includes facial inspection and position inspection. Facial inspection contains rich content, mainly including spirit, eyes, face expression and color. Inspection is one of the diagnostic methods of TCM psychology. It must be used in the process of mental disease diagnosis. Inspection can grasp the real state of the patients.
