老年人乳腺癌伴脑转移癌行后程三维适形放疗联合紫杉醇化疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析老年人乳腺癌伴脑转移癌行后程三维适形放疗联合紫杉醇化疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院乳腺癌伴脑转移癌的老年患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组各50例。对照组采取后程三维适形放疗治疗,治疗组采取后程三维适形放疗联合紫杉醇化疗治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者采取后程三维适形放疗联合紫杉醇化疗治疗,可以显著提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical curative effect of senile breast cancer with brain metastasis cancer of late course three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy.Method：100 elderly patients of our hospital in metastatic carcinoma of breast and brain were selected and retrospective analyzed,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,50 cases in each group.The control group’s patients were taken three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy treatment,the treatment group’s patients were taken late course three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups’ patients were compared and analyzed.Result：The clinical curative effect of treatment group’s patients were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients taking three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy treatment,can significantly improve the life quality of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
