摘 要:价值链重构能够构造一种区别于竞争对手的盈利模式,使企业拥有独特的竞争优势。本文以化工企业的绿色价值链重构为主线,以卡博特(天津)建立绿色竞争优势的案例为样本,采用单案例研究方法,基于利益相关者的视角,探讨了基于利益相关者的化工企业的绿色价值链重构的理论框架。研究结论表明:绿色价值链重构是一个动态复杂的过程,价值链的重构是一种战略思维,企业要分析内、外部资源条件,判断企业的竞争优势,对价值或潜在增值进行分析、识别和规划;将利益相关者绿色价值主张作为价值链管理的起点,超越企业与利益相关者交易的层面,正确识别利益相关者的价值诉求,运用价值链系统观念将其整合到绿色价值共创的过程,是企业创建绿色竞争力的有效途径。The reconstruction of value chain can construct a profit model different from competitors, which makes the enterprise possess a unique competitive advantage. This paper focuses on the reconstruction of the green value chain of chemical companies, and uses a single case study of Cabot (Tianjin) to discuss a theoretical framework of the reconstruction of green value chain of chemical companies based on the perspective of stakeholders. The conclusion of the study shows that : Reconstruction of green value chain is a dynamic and complex process; the reconstruction of the value chain is a strategic thinking, which relies on the analysis of internal and external resources to define the competitive advantage of the enterprise, and to analyze, identify and plan the value and potential value; the effective approach to establishing green competitiveness is to deem the green value propositions of stakeholders as the starting point of value chain management, which transcends the level of corporate transactions with stakeholders, and identify correctly the value claims of stakeholders, and then integrate them into the green value-creation process by using the concept of value chain system.
