阿立哌唑联合氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究阿立哌唑联合氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法随机选取58例慢性精神分裂症患者,分为对照组和实验组。对照组仅给阿立哌唑,实验组给以阿立哌唑联合氟西汀,经4个月的治疗后观察两组患者阴性症状的治疗效果。结果经治疗,实验组较对照组的阴性症状显著改善,PANSS总分、阴性评分、阳性评分及病理评分均有所降低;两组不良反应均较少,无显著性差异。结论阿立哌唑联合氟西汀用于慢性精神分裂症的治疗疗效显著,尤其阴性症状明显改善,不良反应轻,临床上可推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction of aripiprazole combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia. Method To select 58 patients with chronic schizophrenia, and devide into control group and experiment group. Results After treatment, compared with control group, the negative symptoms of experiment group have got significant improvement. The total scores of PANSS, positive score, negative score and pathological score have all been decreased. The adverse effects of the two groups are relatively mild, without significant difference. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia is apparent, especially for negative symptoms; with fewer adverse effects, it is suitable for clinical application.
