摘 要:针对传统的驱动桥桥壳焊接残余应力测试比较复杂的情况,提出一种基于模态试验的焊接残余应力预测方法。以某乘用车驱动桥桥壳焊接件为研究对象,通过残余应力测试试验与模态频率测试试验,获取驱动桥壳残余应力与模态频率的对应关系,建立其拟合方程。试验表明:驱动桥壳的残余应力直接影响其模态频率,该方法为驱动桥焊接生产的无损检测提供了一种较可靠的方法。Owing to the complexity of the traditional residual stress test of the drive axle housing welding, this paper puts forward a prediction method of welding residual stress based on the modal test. Take automobile drive axle housing welding parts as the research subject, the paper obtains the corresponding relation of the residual stress and modal frequency and establishes its fitting equation through the residual stress testing and modal frequency testing. The test shows that the residual stress of the drive axle housing directly influences the modal frequency. This method provides a more reliable method for the non-destructive testing of the drive axle housing welding.
