摘 要:针对某款6挡手动变速器车辆,对其匹配换挡提示方案,制定换挡策略。通过油门开度、车速、燃油消耗率3个参数,用Origin软件绘制MAP图,针对图形制定换挡提示的方法,设定合理的升、降挡时机,绘制换挡曲线。利用Cruise仿真计算软件对换挡提示方案进行分析,并对结果进行优化处理。油耗分析结果表明,使用换挡提示时,车辆在城区、郊区和综合工况下的节油比例分别为6.08%、7.56%和6.16%,说明车辆增加换挡提示功能的可行性。In this paper, for a model of a six manual transmission vehicle, the shift strategy on matching shift prompt is developed. Based on the three processing parameters such as throttle opening, speed and fuel, consumption rate, the Origin software is used to draw the MAP figure. According to the shift prompt graphicmaking method, the shift curve is drawn by setting up the proper upshift and downshift time. Then, the Cruise simulation calculation software is used to analyze the shifting strategy and optimize the result. The fuel consumption analysis result shows that when shift prompt is used, the fuel-saving ratios of vehicle are 6.08% , 7.56% and 6. 16% respectively in the urban, suburban and complicated conditions, which indicates the feasibility of shift prompt function.
