Fox O1／3a在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：为探讨Fox O1／3a转录因子在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系，本研究采用免疫组织化学法检测48例结直肠癌患者肠道癌组织及癌旁组织（对照组）中Fox01／3a表达情况，并分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果显示，Fox01／3a在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率（35．4％，17／48）明显低于对照组（64．6％，31／48），P〈0．05。Fox O1／3a在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达与患者年龄、肿瘤Dukes分期、淋巴结是否转移无关，P〉0．05；与肿瘤分化程度相关，P〈0．05。结果表明，结直肠癌组织中存在Fox O1／3a转录因子失表达，而且与肿瘤分化程度密切相关。Fox O1／3a转录因子失表达可能是导致结直肠癌发病的机制之一。In order to explore the expression Fox O1/3a transcription factor in colorectal carcinoma tissue as well as the relationship between this expression with clinical pathological factors, authors detected above-mentioned expression status of 48 cases with colorectal carcinoma tissue and paracancerous tissue （control group） by using immunohistochemical method in this study,then analyzed the relationship of this expression with clinical pathological factors.As results, the expression ratio in carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in control group（35.4%,17/48 vs 64.6%,31/48; P〈0.05）, but the positive expression in carcinoma tissue was not related to patient＇s age,Dukes staging of neoplasms,and with or without lymph node metastasis（ P 〉0.05）,meanwhile was related to the differentiation degree of neoplasms（ P 〈0.05）.Resuhs show that in carcinoma tissue Fox O1/3a transcription factor is of lost expression,and relat ed to neoplasm＇s differentiation degree closely, i.e the lost expression of Fox O1/3a could be one of the mechanisms inducing pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.
